Bought these for my summer Rainier attempt just a week or so ago. I haven't gotten to use them on a mountain yet, but I was already sure I was heading right back to REI to buy some more until I found out they were $10 cheaper here at Whittaker. I am literally thinking about throwing away all of my other pants for my office job, for hiking, for travel, for anything and everything in all climates.
Bottom line? amazing comfortable pants.
Fit- I'm 6'5" and built like a viking (normally wear 38x34 pants). usually I need "long" or "tall" pants, but the XXL's fit me perfectly- even a tad too long maybe.
