Very well made and easy to use. Kept my hands very warm on a cold and windy day on Mt. Washington, NH in February. Also a very good price for the performance.

Excellent mitts! I rented a pair for my summit climb of Mount Rainier, and they kept my hands perfectly warm. I have Reynauds too, so I was thrilled when these mitts were able to keep my hands nice and toasty.

Toasters for your hands! You only need them when its really cold outside, but when it is, these mitts do the job. They are sized to allow you to wear liners.

This is the second pair of Marmot Expedition Mitts that I owned. They are the one pair of gloves that I always have with me for winter camping and snowboarding. My hands are never cold!

-These are the perfect mittens-
I researched for 2 weeks trying to finds mittens that would be warm enough, because I live in Minnesota (where it is often below 20, and sometimes below -10). My school is closed only when the temperature reaches below -30, and there is more than 3 feet of snow. Oh, I also have Reynauds, which is a condition where blood is poorly circulated to my hands and feet.
My point is that I really need warm hand-wear, and I have previously been unable to find a mitten that allows me to stay outside skiing longer than 10 or 20 minutes. These mittens are THE WARMEST MITTENS EVER MADE! I can stay outside however long I want, and if it is above 30 then my hands actually begin to sweat.
Get these if you have cold hands, it's definitely worth the splurge!

Great warm mitts. Used them on May 2010 summit attempt and would do so again. Average sized hands and got a large which allows them to be pulled over the lightweight glove. Keep them in the pocked of the big parka for use on rest breaks.

These were super toasty even at the summit. My size was just in between and I bought these smaller which after use worked out fine but I would buy bigger next time. This allows for another fleece or other liner glove inside and contrary to my first thought actually allows more dexterity than the smaller size.
