I love this little stove! A buddy and I each bought one, and we take them on every camping trip. They are very light and compact, you could even fit it in your pocket if you wanted to. It comes with a hard plastic case, and won't weigh down your pack. We found that they don't always screwed onto the gas can as tight as you think they do. You really have to twist on them to make sure no gas is leaking out. You'll know if it's not on all the way once you light it... the flame won't be as strong as it should be. This was the only complaint either of us have had, and was fixed by simply giving it a good hard crank every time. It is a small stove, so if you're cooking for a lot of people you'll want something bigger. But if it's every man for himself, the only thing better than the MSR Pocket Rocket Stove is a campfire!
