Very durable and dependable watch. If you use all of the electronic features often; you will want to change the battery annually. I have a vector that is 7 or 8 years old & still on the same wrist band. The watch looks rough, but all functions still perform. The calibration for altitude is simple and must be done often as this is a pressure sensitive measurement. I suggest getting the battery kit when replacing the battery because it has a new back cover and seal included.
