Have used this bag two winters and it's never given me the cold shoulder. First outing was two nights in a row between -3 +3 with just long johns, fleece shirt & s-hat. I'm 6 ft & 200 lbs. It has a formed fit, but not constricting. The shell is great at shedding tent frost and other moisture. I highly recommend this bag as true to temperature. Get your hands ready for a work-out stuffing it after storage as it is a puffy bag.
