Quick easy adjustment and feather light. Without a doubt the most comfortable and versatile grips out there. I love the lower portion of the grips, reduces the need for constant adjustments.
I would recommend these poles.

Adjusting is easier than Leki. The down side is the tips don't stick very good to rock. More sliping than I like
