fantastic touring pant for everything so far

Fit, comfort, warmth, water resistance, durability, fabric, etc. are excellent. I read that the main pockets are a little on the small side. Not an issue for me, plenty of space to keep my iphone handy. My only suggested improvement would be in the cuff. I tour in dynafit boots and when skinning (top buckle undone) there is barely enough room for the cuff to slip down over the boot and buckle. The result is that transitions are a little less convenient. It is a small complaint, and I like them otherwise so well, I still give them 5 stars.

Use Situation: Backcountry skiing wasatch in most conditions

Fantastic Snowshoeing pants

Great pants for snowshoeing. Cuts the wind and with a pair of smartwool lightwight long johns they are fantastically warm even in the 10 degree weather. I normally wear a 35 to 36 inch waist and a 30 inch inseam. The waist fit great with the adjustable velcro. The 33 inch inseam was definitley too long for me so I had a local seamstress take 2 inches off the legs just below the knee. With that the length was perfect.

Use Situation: Snowshoeing, winter hiking.
