Baker - Easton Glacier

RMI's Easton Glacier climb runs as a three-day Level 2 expedition with a skills day on glacier travel, an acclimatization session, and a summit push to 10,781 feet. It's the right first big-mountain climb for fit beginners with no alpine experience, and a smart pre-Rainier proving ground for climbers building toward a four-day DC. The south-side route stays moderate throughout and offers some of the most scenic glacier travel in the North Cascades.

Pick up boots, crampons, ice axe, harness, and pack at our rental shop in Ashford — staff fit you in person and the gear ships to your home if you'd rather not detour.
