What We Accept

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on new, unused items within our return window. To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused with all original tags attached
  • In original packaging and in new condition
  • Boot liners un-molded (where applicable)

Items missing tags or with damaged packaging may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Non-returnable items: Clearance items, food/consumables, gift cards, undergarments, electronics (headlamps, batteries, GPS, watches, etc.), and load-bearing climbing equipment (ropes, harnesses, carabiners, etc.) cannot be returned under any circumstances. All used/AS-IS items are also final sale.


Return & Exchange Window

  • Full refund: Within 30 days of original shipment date
  • Store credit or exchange: Within 60 days of original shipment date

Holiday Extension: Purchases made between November 1 – December 31 have an extended window:

  • Full refund available through January 31
  • Store credit only from February 1 – February 28

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Check eligibility — Confirm your item qualifies and is within the return window above.
  2. Submit your request — Choose one of the following:
    • Log into your customer account, find your order, and select "Request Return" — select the items and note whether you'd like us to provide a shipping label
    • Fill out the return/exchange form on our website
    • Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  3. Choose your return shipping method:
    • Prepaid label (contiguous US): Request a label in your return notes — a flat $15 fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit
    • Ship it yourself: Send your package to:

      We recommend keeping your tracking number for reference.
  4. Pack securely — Include all original tags and packaging. Boot liners must be un-molded.
  5. We'll process your return — Returns are processed within 2 business days of receiving your item. You'll be notified by email once complete.
  6. Receive your refund, store credit, or exchange — See details below.

Do not send items back without first requesting a return — unrequested returns will not be accepted.


Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

  • Place a new order for the replacement item as soon as possible to ensure availability
  • Follow the return process for the original item — your refund will be issued upon receipt
  • Free exchange shipping: We'll waive shipping on your replacement order

Store Credit

Store credit is available as an alternative to a refund and extends your return window to 60 days from the original shipment date.

If a product you purchased goes on sale within 7 days of your purchase, we'll offer store credit for the difference — fill out our contact form to request it.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can make it right.


International Returns

Returns and exchanges outside the contiguous United States may incur higher shipping costs. Refunds for international orders will not include original shipping fees.


European Union Orders

If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, no justification required. Items must still be in original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact.


Rental Cancellations

Rentals must be cancelled at least 24 hours before your reservation start date to receive a refund. Orders placed within 24 hours of the reservation start date are non-refundable. Once rental items are picked up and taken off property, the reservation is non-refundable.

Reservations may be made for a maximum of 31 days.
