Shipping Information

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS, unless otherwise directed by the customer. Alaska, Canada and all other international shipments are shipped using the United States Postal Service.

International Orders

International orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Import duties, taxes/VAT, and carrier handling or brokerage fees are set by the destination country's customs authority and are not included in the item price or the shipping charge shown at checkout. These fees are the recipient's responsibility, apply regardless of carrier, and are collected before delivery. We cannot estimate, waive, or refund them.

If a package is refused or abandoned, we can refund the item cost only, less shipping and any return or disposal charges applied by the carrier.

If the shipping cost is more than $25 above the rates reflected here, we will contact you prior to processing your order and charge the difference. This applies to shipping charges only and does not include customs duties, taxes, or handling fees assessed on arrival in the destination country.

If you would like to place an order with us but need your items to arrive within a certain time/by a certain date, please give us a call! 

Purchases shipped outside Washington State are not charged Washington sales tax. This does not affect taxes or duties assessed by other countries.
