The Petzl Multihook is an ingenious, multi-purpose tool designed specifically to increase your efficiency on steep ice and technical alpine routes. Its primary function is to easily catch and thread cord through Abalakov (V-thread) anchors, making repelling off ice faces faster and safer. Beyond threading, it features a built-in serrated blade to effortlessly cut anchor cord or slings, and its optimized profile is perfectly sized to clear stubborn frozen cores out of your ice screws. Lightweight and exceptionally packable, it can be clipped directly to a carabiner or stowed safely inside the tube of a Petzl ice screw for streamlined transport on your harness.
