Our Take
This Is What We Take To The Summit Of Rainier
When you are on the mountain day in and day out, your hands demand a glove that balances unwavering durability with the dexterity needed to manage ropes, ice axes, and ski gear. The Black Diamond Patrol Glove is the workhorse of choice for ski patrollers, mountain guides, and dedicated alpinists. Built with a tough, abrasion-resistant woven nylon shell and a supple goat leather palm, it is engineered to withstand the relentless friction of daily alpine abuse. Featuring a waterproof insert and an updated reinforcement in high wear areas, the Patrol Glove delivers dependable warmth and weather protection for active days on the glacier without the cumbersome bulk of a high-altitude expedition glove.

Hannah Blum
“"As soon as I expect weather to shift into a colder pattern, I dawn these gloves. I can always count on them to keep my hands dry and toasty."
